How fast do oscar's grow?

1-2" a month, my tiger got 10" in one year.

I have a oscar i had for 3 months at 1.5'', now it's 7''.

water changes(large ones) and a good variety in ther diet they will be 12 inches in less than a year i got a 2.5 inche and a 3 inch in may they both are 11+(but i do 70% water changes weekly and feed a variety of food)

imo its the fastest growing cichlid around,thats a reason why pet shops stock them alot,repeat sales,they look cute when small but as they grow you get feed up ect ,great sales fish

My 10 month old oscars are at least 8" long.

My oscars have both grown from about 3" to 7-8" in two months.

they are def. the fastest growing fish I have owned.

I've got one pushing 10" I got about 4-5 months ago now? he was about 3" when I bought him I'de guess?

First year you can almost see them grow.Figure about an inch a month.By the time he is 7-8" the 55 is no longer enough room.
