Mine has grown an inch a WEEK so far. 3" to 10" in 7 weeks.

LOL No you don't have the Shaq of RTC's... you'll see huge growth spurts during the first year (Till around 2') then they will slow down ALOT and you'll see them gaining weight and length will come on slowerpolish;2385648; said:
my little guy has grown ridiculously, went from 3 to 5-6" in 1 month. he eats diff kinds of raw fish meat 6 days a week. im still trying to get him to eat pellets. hes stubborn, i starved him for 1 week of that month trying to get him to eat pellets, and he still grew 2-3" that month. currently in a 20 gal, with a cascade 200 filter thats for up to 50 gal, but it has a hard time keeping up with the bio-load, but i keep the water changed and hes soon to be relocated either to the 55 or the 90.
