I don't know what to do. I work out regulary and play football and rugby. I have good defined abs, but my belly is not flat. Its bulged outwards and i look always like i have eaten alot (even more when i did eat alot). I have no clue what i can do against that. Before you ask, no i don't take roids lol. So is there any training method i could try or is it just genetics and i have to live with it?
