how get flat abs? training methods?

I don't know what to do. I work out regulary and play football and rugby. I have good defined abs, but my belly is not flat. Its bulged outwards and i look always like i have eaten alot (even more when i did eat alot). I have no clue what i can do against that. Before you ask, no i don't take roids lol. So is there any training method i could try or is it just genetics and i have to live with it?
 
You must have capped out the energy burning capacity with your current food and excercise regimen. Up the cardio and core excercises and protein and lower your carbs and fats to make up for the increase in protein. You have to look at it as loosing fat and npt gaining abs. To get shredded abs a low bf% os needed as thats the last place most people including myself lose weight. In the end eat cleaner and burn more calories than you are now but up the protein to assist in keeping muscle. Hope that helps

I have shredded abs. But my belly as whole is not flat but bulging outwards. I guess its hard to explain what i mean. I don't want more shredded abs, i just would like it more flat ha ha
 
Eat less but more often. Your stomach will shrink and there will be less going on behind your abdominal wall.
 
at the moment i habe 5 meals around the day in general. my big problem is, that i eat like crazy when i get my favorite foods. My entire discipline is blown away then. :/
 
Well then you see what your problem is, and , as stupid as it sounds, only one who can help you with that is you ! ;)

You really have to ramp up your metabolism to the point where your body is using all of your meals and your fat reserve for calories. Cardio is your best bet. Make sure you don't take in unnecessary fats as it gives your body another reason to leave your reserves alone. The point is to get your body fat percentage from your 11-12% down to 8%. It's really not as daunting of a task as it may sound. Good luck and let me know if you'd like further tips or tricks.
