:ROFL:Well...I'm broke right now,so I guess that's why I don't have many?

My LFS (well, not local, but the best LFS within 60 miles) can and has gotten me several silver for $11.99.

I just ordered some IT from Charlie @ Fish Tank Factory for a good price.

I have my other silvers in with a few veija, a silver aro, a TSN, and a nic and see no aggression at all. As already stated, they can hold there own. I had a 125 divided by egg crate last month to let a 6" mayan cool out before a move and somehow my 3.5" silver got over there for at least 18 hours and the mayan was actually the one under the filter intake haha.

Here is a list of fish I have kept successfully with silvers (within a few inches of each other obviously):

Red head sevs
Green sevs
Nics
Blackbelts
Synspilum
Carpintas
Florida Gar
TSN
Delhezi
Silver aro
clown loaches
mono cichla

All combos of these were under 6" at the time so maybe they were just too small to care. This was a growout 125 with very little decoration (to cut down on territory aggression and for ease of cleaning).

and probably some others I am forgetting. :D
