How Hot is Too Hot?

Panda Cory's are generally thought of as cool water Cory, best held in temps in the low 70'sF
Weather loaches are also better in cooler temps, they are really a temperate water fish, although they do well in summer at higher temps, in their natural habitat winter temps can be as low as 60'F.
And just by the name, Buenos Aires tetras suggests a more temperate water species, from Argentina that gets rather cool in winter.
Most of the fish I have kept from Argentina, and Uruguay I kept in room temp tanks (no heaters at all). They, like weather loaches of Korea and northern China, tolerate warm summer temps, but have evolved to experience winter cool downs into the 60's or even lower.
The photos below are from winter temps, in a Uruguayan cichlid tank. Without a winter cool down, I find they have shortened lives, and become susceptible to disease and fungal conditions.

shucks, good thing I included the other stocking info. Thanks for responding.
perhaps when I get the pond and play musical tanks, coolish-water species (temperate) can go into the 75gal sump-tank since it won’t get any sunlight and can be better temperature controlled? Low 70s for weather loach, panda corys, maybe my pink convict male and his lady? The rest of the convicts I can put in with my New Worlds in the “pond”, same with the bichirs.
*** forgot about the 3 fish someone gave me recently due to moving in the 75gal***
probably going to go with the 650gal round tank and install 3 windows.
Potential stock for this tank would be
2 Oscars (one is growing out in 75gal)
2 Vieja hybrids (one is growing out in 75gal)
JD pair
Royal acara (might keep with 150gal)
1 blood parrot
2 bichirs
1 Texas (currently growing out in 75gal)
1 hemibagrus Nemurus (might keep in 150gal)
Convicts
