Panda Cory's are generally thought of as cool water Cory, best held in temps in the low 70'sF
Weather loaches are also better in cooler temps, they are really a temperate water fish, although they do well in summer at higher temps, in their natural habitat winter temps can be as low as 60'F.
And just by the name, Buenos Aires tetras suggests a more temperate water species, from Argentina that gets rather cool in winter.
Most of the fish I have kept from Argentina, and Uruguay I kept in room temp tanks (no heaters at all). They, like weather loaches of Korea and northern China, tolerate warm summer temps, but have evolved to experience winter cool downs into the 60's or even lower.
The photos below are from winter temps, in a Uruguayan cichlid tank. Without a winter cool down, I find they have shortened lives, and become susceptible to disease and fungal conditions.
