How important are your fish to you?

call anyone up to see if they could care for it...or buy some battery air pumps and leave it in the car :D

I would plough the road myself to get the fish to where they need to be!
Thats rediculous! For some reason snow makes people shake with fear, i dont understand it!

These were all standard petshop faire fish. Angels, guppies, swords, etc. 2 tanks total of maybe 35 gallons. Not a lot of fish perhaps 15 or so. He did tell me he felt bad the next day (poor baby). It isn't that he didn't care about the fish as much as it was he cared about himself more. And not his safety, he drives in this kind of stuff all the time without issue, and it was bright and sunny and most roads had been plowed. He just comes from a VERY selfish family. The kind where every single person you meet in there cares more about their own needs than for anything or anyone else in the world. And no capability to see more than their immediate situation.

I'm not even sure why he called that night. Sounded like he was looking for a place to stay, to bring the fish, etc. I welcomed him with open arms, told him the kids would love to see him, etc ,etc. Thought he was coming and he never showed. Typical.

btw: He is 45

:ROFL:Lulzin hard cuz thats your wifes family

I once spent over $50 to keep my 2 $5 fancy comets alive.

I have tons of koi, and they are with the koi, and I would be lying if I said that they weren't more loved than my koi.

I guess it's just because they were the first pet my husband and I had.

But yes, I would have at least tried in his case. In my case, I would have found something to try to keep them warm.
