That ain't no bull. It's a cow (or was a cow?). With a calf. Which is why it went after the goat...
Didn't it have horns? God I'm illiterate on cows. Females can have horns?

Yea its not like deer. Goats are the same. Most domestic livestock are dehorned to avoid injuries from the horns. Its a pretty gruesome process too.

The other sites I looked at to check out this story referred to that bovine as a bull. I was just quoting from another source.
On another note, my husband had a pygmy goat that was obnoxious, gross and disgusting. He would ram anything and everything with his head, including peoples cars who parked within reach of his chain . He knocked people to the ground. He reeked. I petted him and had difficulty getting the stench off my hands. I later found out he put his head in his urine stream when he urinated. He was an ornery cuss.

Calf=baby cow
Heifer=cow that has never had young
Cow=cow that has had young
Steer=neutered bull
Bull= still has everything
All are referred to as "Cow" but technically it should be cattle.
