Too bad I didn't grow up near the beaches, we just had rich hotties playing tennis where I grew up.

Well today is the day that signifies that I made it another year without dying, but there isn't anything happy about it...unless you consider that the WOD today didn't include any burpees or thrusters.

Yeah. I hit up this reef just south of Main Beach. Mellow take off with nice big barrels on the inside shorebreak.

I had a Latin-Asian fusion dinner with a few Caipirinhas to wash everything down, but I am going to start eating a lot more primal from here on out. Paleo is good but I'm from Wisconsin so I can't completely give up dairy.
