ecoli, the smell hits senses right after sight. THEN taste. I can eat ugly food, but stink is too much to ask.

Granny here is my Easter dinner:

Spicy beef brisket with carrots
Slow cooked chicken feet with brown sauce
Poor man's crab(diced fish fillet stir fried with minced ginger, eggs and served with a dash of vinegar)
Stir fried bokchoy

how do you go about eating the chicken feet? are they bony? they look tasty but it looks like you have to work to get all the meat out..
 
Basically there are two ways to eat chicken feet, one is cook it so they are cooked, but the cartilage remains crunchy and you chew on it, or mine where you cook it for a long time and you can suck the jello like cartilage off the bones.

There are no meat on the feet, just carrilage.
