How long can a ray???

I am screwed!!!! Unless a miricale happens I lost all my money. It is just getting better and better:irked: I called DHL and only the sender can make the claim, so I just have to wait and keep in touch with stingrayguy.

Stingray guy was told it would be delivered by 10:30am plus the 2 boxes were insured for $2500.00.

BUT here is the F^%ked up part...

When I called today I asked if they have any clause or fine print that does not cover live or perishable items. The manager told me that fish were covered.

BUT ONLY UP TO $100.00:shocked:

We were not informed that either. So maybe with all the misleading information we were given, they will cover the full amount.

I HOPE!!!

either take them to court somehow, or get ahitman, regardless seems that 2500 is out the window(either for the rays when u get em, or for lawyers if you dont!)
 
I was told the weather was fine the day they were shipped, and if they sent them overnite they would have been sitting pretty in my tank.

Insurance on anything you send is always false security as there's always a catch. Either it only covers to a certain amount or you need a receipt for the items from a store, etc.

Very true the insurance is usually useless. I've had packages delivered through the USPS that the box looked like it was used as a soccerball during a lunch hour. When I tried to get the insurance they denied it because I didn't open the box in front of a postal employee. That or they want the box and all the packing material, if the box wasn't properly packaged they can deny the claim also. I used to get insurance on most packages I had sent, but after the hastle of dealing with getting the claim approved i stopped.
 
I still have some hope.
I know the claim will take a long time but I am being opened minded on this.
Once I had a vortech supercharger shipped via UPS and The housing had gotten damaged. In the end thay paid for everything.
So I just have to just sit tight and wait it out.
 
DHL is sending me the papers. SO we will get the money back or It will go to the courts.
The day of shipment it was 60F! DHL lost the box! They had no clue where it was yesterday. I will update when I have more info. DHL also said they will deliver the boxes back to me today.. Well I didnt get them! SO who knows where they are
