YOU told me that DHL guarantees 10:30 am delivery, but then you find out not to my location. I would think it is the shippers responsibility to do the research before shipping the box.

I can only go off of the info that YOU gave me.

Let me just add by saying Brad and I did not know that rays were illegal here. (I found that out after)
The only reason I requested an unmarked box was, any aquarium fish needs a permit to Hawaii.

both party's have lost on this one..very unfortunate..brads out $$$$$$$ and 2 rare fish are dead..seems to me the charge back on the credit card was quite "devious" of the buyer who couldn't do airport/aiport..

I see nothing "devious" about it. I called my CC company ONLY after Brad could not answer my question on what he would do if DHL does not pay.

I am SURE anyone would have done the same. I was told, no live ARRIVAL guarantee. I made a $2060.00 deposit 2 months in advance, then dished out another $750.00 for the balance with shipping.
I am not going to loose out $2810.00 on an item I have never laid eyes on. If they came in and were dead thats another story. It would be hard to swallow, but that was the deal.
