As above, if the media was still wet and not dried out you should be ok. You will have lost some but not all and should re colonize fairly quickly, just keep a check on params to make sure

When I do water changes on my tank it can take me up to half an hour and I usually turn off the filters and I've never had any problems yet. Usually at half an hour they are still pretty moist though.

shouldn't be a problem but you shouldn't need to be doing 75% w/c that's too much in one go. do more frequent smaller water changes

...Especially for a 15 gallon. I'd do no more than 30% changes...just more frequently. But your bb should be fine.

The tank was having some issues i had to add salt as well
