Over night ship them yourself (You should beat them there) if not ask a family member or a trusted friend to over night them when you get home.

Check who handles cargo for the airline you're flying. You can usually get them shipped through them on the same plane. You'll need the standard stuff though (styrofoam lined cardboard box, fish bags, heat packs), and you'll probably have to fill out phytosanitary certificates for the fish as well.

You won't need any taking them out. It's bringing them into the Ukraine that you'll need the paperwork for.
