how long does your weekly water change take?

Sundays are dedicated to god and my fishtanks....I love both!...lol...I spend about a hour and a half cleaning my tanks. It puts me at ease.

150g and 75g, change half the water each week and clean glass; takes 20 mins

On saturday i spend roughly 4 hours on a 10 gallon, 40 gallon, two 55 gallons, two 75 gallons, 90 gallon indoor pond and a 250 gallon indoor pond.

My question is...if I use city water (with chlorine) through a hose, im worried about killing my good bacteria. I use de-chlorinator of course but that would be added as the water is flowing into the tank...... How do you guys/gals do it from a hose? Do you slowly add the dechlorinator as the water is flowing?

My record is 1hr to replace 150g from my 375g, 80g from my 175g, and 20g from my 60g.

I'd like to thank my 3 siphon hoses, 275g drum, garden hose, and remote controlled submersible pump!

lol i like it, i siphon the tank water straight down the shower and fill it up from the shower aswell. no need for buckets now and it makes it so much easier.

I change 40% of my water in my 175 in about 20 min every sunday.
