Cuz if some people were banned and snuck back through the door, they would be here longer. How else are you supposed to know that unless you ask? (At least, that's how I took the question)

Haha, don't feel bad. I know some people who have been here since the forum opened, and have only made 30 something posts. Besides, there are people on this forum who have made many posts, without actually saying anything at all.
It's easier to read a thread about how long someone has been here, than to look at someone's profile. Within a thread, you can see multiple posts on how long someone has here. Besides, it's a fun topic to chat about.
