How long till mealworms turn into a beetle?

Why wouldnt you feed them as beetles they eat them in the wild and my aro loves them!

If there is a valid reason not to feed them id like to know as i dont want to risk my fish.

I do believe the nutritional value as pupae is bette, is all.
The beetles aren't poison or anything...

Hi zennzo,you had me worried then,lol,i feed them to my aro when they have turned if i dont use them up feeding my polys and discus etc
