How long will you keep your fish

aswell as me.
the oldest fish i have now are my 3 yoyo loaches, all around a year old.....sadly i went through quite a few fish until i finally decided on the ones i really want to keep for as long as possible.....but every now and then another one pops up that i have to have......or in the case like my 4line pictus, i have to rescue, and i'm hoping that doesn't happen often or else i'll have to find homes for some of my fish

I have a hypostamus pleco that has been with me for almost 15 years........since I was 12 hes over 20" now and about 5" wide at the head... and I plan on keeping all of my fish till they die
