How long would your intrest in AROS last?

Same here. They are such majestic fishes. Cant wait to buy bigger tanks and get a SR and XB. I would definitely consider other fishes but those will have to be compatible with aros or else not interested.

i cant get enough of arowanas. I wanted one ever since the day I saw one....now I have 2 and hope to get more

I have been keeping fish since I was 5 and just latly started aros. Someday I will get an asian because I AM CANADIAN! muhahahhaa

I started to keep aros when i was in standard 3 (9 years old), now I am 26 years old and keeping aros are stil my favorite interest.

The longest time that i kept for an arowana was a 6+ years old silver arowana. (2001-2007)

I think my interest in Aros will last forever.

I had a black aro about 8 years ago, and I've always regretted selling it. Finally got another, but a green this time as blacks aren't available here. I'll always crave another black, and will probably buy it regardless of circumstance if I find one!

i would love an asian aro, not bothered if its a very high end asian or a entry level like a green aro. i just love the shape and face of them. always have since i first saw one a few years ago at a garden centre. but i know i will never have one because i will not be able to keep up with the maintenance in a few years. it will eventually be beyond my physical capability.
