how long?

how long can a 180gal. wide (72" X 24" X 25") hold a silver arowana that is already 14"

the same goes for a 150gal. wide (48" X 30" X 25")


and which tank would be better for the silver aro.?

the 180 can hold the arow untill its like 23" then i would get a new tank

IMHO 180g should be ok. but best to have a bigger tank as silvers are known to grow very long.

you can use the 180 until you can upgrade to something bigger....LOL . work your way to a 300 display tank, if you can. but it can go for the 180 for quite a while, most silvers ive seen dont exceed 2 feet. silvers need a big space and the bigger the better
