WEll, LI is a fish god lol. It only started turning the water cloudy after I put it in the water. Never when it was on the food. Anywho, I'm gona buy some small worms, and a couple dozen guppies and give them the guppies once a week, and the worms once a week But they will mainly be on shrimp.

I dont feed them on sunday to make sure I dont over feed.

you have a pond just throw the rosies in there and scoop when needed. Me and ras just cleaned the pond today and found shrimp breeding and seriously fat rosies & golds...

young cichla already grow at an inch a month when small.... find a fish that grows faster? Just feed everyday and in a few months they will be that size.... no magical potion to speed it up my friend!
