how long can i keep 2 senegalus in a 10gal tank? there only about 1.5" now and are only getting blood worms right now i just don't want to leave them there for to long. should i very there diet a little as well?

Move them when they hit 3-4". You dont want to stunt them. feed them sinking pellets, bloodworms, earthworms, brine shrimp.
I don't think it's a good idea to wait until a certain size if you have two of them in a 10. Actively be on the hunt for a tank for life for these guys. my senegal only took about 3 or 4 months to be at the 7 inch mark and I got her from petsmart at 1.5 inches.
