I think you guys will either have a heart-attack or flame me to death if you saw what I have in my overstocked tank .... truely "Asian Style" though -_-"
I'm very curious... Please tell. :D

OK, at one point in time my 29g was a bit crazy-stocked.

I had 2 Angelfish, 3 Silver Dollars, 1 Clown Pleco, 1 Striped Peacock Eel, 1 P. mysteriosus cat, and 1 Black Ghost Knifefish.

Not anymore, but this was only a few months ago. :D

You need to state the size and filtration :P
You know my tank now and I think this set-up is not as crazy as mine :P

Before I knew what was good for fish, my family stocked a 55 bowfront with 3 koi, 3 blood parrots, 1 blue ahli, 1 severum, a common pleco, a silver tipped shark catfish, 10 black skirt tetras, 10 barbs (forgot what kind), and may have had more, it was a while ago. Plus, my family's asian :P

My stocking now is a bit more.... refined.

edit: filtration was 2 emperor 400 biowheels and 1 c-360 canister.

LOL... fair enough.

Ok, back then, the Angels were 3-4", the Silver Dollars were virtually the same size - 3-4", the clown pleco (RIP) was about 2 1/2", the striped peacock was 4-5", and my BGK grew from 1.5" to 5" while in the tank... The filteration was just a Whisper 30-60.

:D

Idk those don't sound Asian at all. Asian favourites imo are blood parrots, giant gourami, datnoids, arowana, and fancy goldfish. All using sponge filters...

Asian is the "style" of fishkeeping, not the fish themselves. ;)

Like I said, mine could be classified as Japanese, or Asian style... But that's really just a personal opinion, I guess.

ive got a half korean girlfriend and we have tanks.. does that count?

In my 125 of a few years ago I had: 1 18 inch silver arrowanna. 1 red tailed prochilodus (Fein Feng) that was 13 inches and a 10 inch chinese Hi-fin shark. My Chinese neighbor gave me the idea when he saw my arrowanna. He said the three fish together gave a family luck in China. Anyone ever hear of this?

the aro and the feifang is the dragon and phoenix i dont remember what the hifn is but its something.. good looking combo
