  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
That's what I'm talking about...thanks MP!

Yeah I miss him already
Lets see your guys ken!

Very nice Boogieman.
I have not really tried to take photos of mine because I have this idea that the good die young. So if I treat them like crap they will live forever. I got them in the corner. I rarely stare at them. I don't even talk to them. It's been two years now and they started spawning this year. Maybe if there's enough interest I'll snap a photo and post it but if it dies it's all your fault. See what happened to yours? MP was smart and diverted to the old photo. Very cleaver!. Funny thing is they don't look like any of the ones you guys posted.

Picture please. They're not shown enough on this forum.

This is the last photo I have of him before I tossed em into the pool for the summer. He's since lost his black vertical lines and developed three outlined spots on his upper back where the three vertical lines use to be. As soon as summers up, I plan on breaking down the pool and getting all my cichla back into the tanks. Once the fish are back into tanks I'll do update pics.

Just one pic ken, please!

I'd love to see some nice specimens. It seems like they vary from batch to batch, and I have seen some super nice marking ones. They should almost be graded according to their patterns on the body. Some look like a Florida bass, and some have marbles and spots over the entire side of the body!
