Currently i have 12 clown loaches ranging from 4 - 8 inch in my 300 Gallon tank.
and i have 3 stingrays in my 4x2x2 tank, planning to interchange their tank.

planning to move some clown loaches which are about 4 inchers into my 120 Gal tank, i think about 7-8 pieces . what do you guys think? the 4x2x2 has a 75 gallon sump filter too.

my rays need a bigger tank, and I'm worried if i add all the loaches into the 120 Gal , tank might be too small for them. since 4 of them are already 8 inches.
also thinking those 8 inchers will be safe from my rays too since my 3 rays are about the same size.

At 4" they should be fine for quite some time.

I don't know about that RD. His clowns might be some of those fast growing ones that fishhead knows about. You know, them guys that hit 12" in 3 years!!

LOL, no doubt fishhead will tell you that he clearly only said "some" can hit 12" in 3 yrs (or less) As in only the ones fed magic beans 3 x a day.

Damnit he's been researching this for weeks now, and he knows!

I'm going to give him the benefit of the doubt on this one. I bet he inadvertently left a "0" off his post. Now 12" in 30 years I can take seriously without laughing.

Someone else here (who should have known better) actually made that claim a few months back, fishead not knowing any better was simply doing what he does best, regurgitating incorrect info.

No that would be Viper, fishhead is simply his cheerleader
