Just watch out when the crimson tides are grown. They are a very agressive species and might just harm the matumbi hunters. But in my opinion you would need a bigger tank to house 10-12 crimson tides with the hunters. You would need a lot of rock work and territory to house that much CT in a 55 alone and having matumbi hunters as tankmates, you would need much more space than a 55. Out of agression, the CT will most likely do great damage to the hunters.
