You'll always have aggresions, the higher the number, the LESSER damage one will do on the others.
I have 22 in one tank (240), from ST's (3), IT's (16), NTT's (2) and NGT. NGT and the largest ST 916-17") runs the show. They chase each other around all day.
I also have 79 of the 2" ones, and they chase each other around all day.....
Dats are aggresive fish, you just have to spread the aggresion. There are no real magic number, but IME if you have 5 or more, you'd be in good shape or make sure you have a significant difference in size between 4 or more.
