How many different foods are you feeding?

this post is to show all the different types of foods and brands you use to make get those big ol cichlids to the beastly sizes they are now. i'll start :
freeze drieid blood worms
freeze dried brine shrimp
freeze dried krill
two different types of shrimp pellets one by wardley and one by nutrafin
red shrimp
carnivor sticks
hikary gold sinking pellets
frozen brine shrimp.
and the classic flakes
this is the variety all m cichlids get even teh fry but a crushed version. i also like to feed feeders once every 2 months but in the summer i take out the baby goldfish from my pond and use them as well as earth worms from my local bait shop

iv seen my buddy feeding his salt water fish that seaweed, do cichlids like it too?

My black belt,midevil, vieja mutt all enjoy it. Salvini,Texas mutt,managuense,firemouth and JD pair won't touch it though
