How many dog people?

Wow Boxer/Mastiff! That's the mix I want when I get another dog. I want to see picks as she grows. Great mix, good luck with her.

Thanks! She is a really neat dog and very smart. This is the first dog I've ever trained with a clicker and it's amazing how fast they'll learn a command when food is involved. :D

I'm definitely interested to see what she ends up looking like. She's growing like a weed right now!
 
Oh yeah they grow fast and in odd directions too.......lol. Back end then front end head then ears they look very ungainly for a while. How big did the vet say she might get? Did you see the parents or was she a rescue?

beautiful...... reminds me of my dobie with color so glistening.. what happened to the other ones leg.. looks like a little bandage.. she/he is cutie too

She's a rescue more or less. I know the mom was the boxer and the father a Neapolitan Mastiff. She's definitely growing longer legs now. When we first got her she had short rear legs and long fronts. It looks like things are starting to even out. The vet seems to think she'll get around 70+ pounds after seeing that she doesn't have really huge paws but who knows. She seems to take after the Boxer more.

You got it Liz! Now if I can just get her to hold still for pictures for more than 2 seconds.....
 
We were out on our deck and as he rolled over he got his dew claw caught between the decking and lifted it off the quick underneath. He barely flinched when that happened, but it looked pretty sore when the vet pulled the loose claw off! The bandage was more to stop him licking it than anything else, he's an obsessive licker....

Nice doggies everyone!

BTW, the breed of dog my wonderful girl is, was probably also bred from some kind of mastiff & an unknown longer haired dog - Anyone going to give an educated guess as to which breed I mean? :)

HINT: These dogs are better known with cut ears and tail. Luckily it was forbidden before we got her :)
