you could probably stuff a good 75 in there

it really depends on the amount of upkeep youre willing to do. unless you can upkeep a tight wc schedule with gravel vac at least weekly, i wouldnt suggest doing more then 40. but with enough filtration and WC, you can pack a bunch of them in there with no problems.

Its a crap filter. Get an AC110. They are by far the best hob filters out there. I have an AC50 on my 10 gallon exo tank and it keeps it crystal clear. more filtration=less maitenance

Oh alright i was just wondering cus i have one on my 100 gallon but its also running with an AC 110 and a Marineland Magnum 350 canister filter

Nothing wrong with Penguin...just a matter of opinions. The only filters I would call crap filters are Whispers.
