How many Exos in 10 gallon w/ magnum 350 filter

LFS keep fish in small tanks because that is not a permenant home I'd suggest a 29gal or a 40gal for Exos

Thanks for the info guys. I am glad I didn't get the school and have them suffer in there. I'll probably research other fish i could keep instead.

Would one exodon be too skittish once grown to maturity?

yes. exodons are best kept in a group. i usually suggest a group of 10 as a minimum. though i have seen slightly smaller groups survive in the past.
in the end, its not about how many you can pack into a tank and have them "survive", but rather, how many can you responsibly upkeep and help them to thrive.
