How many kinds of pacu are there?

How many kinds of pacu are there? and how to tell the differences?
ive tried researching i got fuzzy answers i got these names though. piaractus brachypomus, colossoma macropomum, how to tell which is which. i have 3 pacus as well. sold to me as a 2 inch red pacu they are now about 12 inches and look like a black pacu?

There are a lot different kinds of Pacu.
I doubt they are all known to sience.
A red Bellied Pacu has besides a red belly also red pelvic and pectoral
fins.

Yup but they are super rare.
