Have one right now, was 21 inches last month when I moved him from the 1100 pond to the 2500 gallon pond..

Caught him April 5th of last year when he was 8 inches :D

I think most of the silver on the fish is the flash washing the color out...

I feed him a little bit of everything. Shrimp, Tilapia Fillets, Venison, Fatheads, Bluegills, Crayfish, Creek Chubs etc. Just whatever I catch in a trap or can get cheap..
