How many midas in a 48x18x30

Also what would i be better with Midas cichlid or Red devil, they look very similar, whats the difference between the two?

there are a million different threads asking this question! most you see are hybrids! but if you get them from reliable sources jeff rapps you may be able to get the actual original fish!

a pair would probably be okay, but watch it, if they breed the female might be ok one minute and dead the next, and no, severums are not a good idea unless you'd like to see them killed
