Ive never had a flu shot. Im pretty lucky, I can usually ditch the flu a couple years in between getting knocked the heck out by it.

What exactly do you mean?


As a health care professional I get the flu shot every year. Worked in the hospital when we were so full of flu patients every bed was full and didn't get it (although it takes a little common sense along with the vaccine to stay healthy).

Call me paranoid but i would rather trust a mother than the corrupt government. And the fact that my grandmother has been a nurse for over 30 years, my mother a marine and now lives off the land and nothing but organics. And both of them say you should NOT get it. There are nasty things in it that are worse than the flu anyway.
