How many oscars in a 100 gallon?

2 will work in 100 gallons... it says 1 oscar for 55gal... 2 for 70 gal.. but i think the dimensions of the tank is very important.

But I know someone with 3 oscars in 100 gall.. all are FULL GROWN, no gill curling, no scale loss, very beautiful fish, BUT his filtration is well above the average.

And he does water changes weekly and feeds then very expensive food.

well I had 3 in a community tank of 250 litres and a friend had 4 in his with 2 plec but I only did this to pair them off and moved one off when they were around 8 inches I now have 2 in a 720l tank my 3 got on well until they decided to start pairing and pushed the other fish out.
