had a northern blue for about 9 years just died last year, was a sad loss. They make great pets imo the best reptile to keep. Have a friend in austrailia who had a southern that live in his window well of his house. He now feeds it and it never leaves follows him around the yard when he feeds the birds and kangaroos. I would get one of these they are great try to stick with the aussi ones they would be cb ones from papuya would be wild caught.

Exactly....thats why albino ball pythons are still outrageous while you could get an albino Burm for under $200
I find that the reproduction rate of reptiles often dictates the price. Not so much for fish though.
I picked up a 2 month old baby Northern BTS about 2 weeks about. By far my favorite lizard of what I have in my sig.
I have always wanted one for a long time and finally found a guy locally that had some babys so I picked one up. I only wish he/she was $80. I paid $150 and they run about $200 or more in petstores if they even get them in.
Even when the stores get them in they are large indonesians so you know they are wild caught, so I think I lucked out.
