I have like 4 in my AC 70(35G) and 8 in my AC 110(85G). I don't know how well their doing their job but I am assuming that their working.

If I'm understanding your question (after reading it twice), it sounds like your asking: scrubbies/sump space not scrubbies/gallon of tank water.
