How many rays in a 600g

I live in Dubai so that’s not an option, other than availability will the lungfish be compatible with the rays

in regards to bio load and cohabitating

I don't see why the lungfish wouldn't be compatible with the rays. In regards to bioload, you should be fine.

I have a AUL with some rays no issue.

Just make sure you feed enough that the AUL gets it's share, they aren't super fast at feeding time, but can hoover a fair amount of food once they get going.
