I would think so. Other than conspecifics and fish small enough to eat, mine is pretty mellow. She gets pretty assertive at feeding time though.Miles said:I wonder if a 6" Rainbow wolf would be compatible with a 14" BGK in a 90g tank?

Mine likes to "sit" on objects, including the powerhead. I would provide some hiding places and make sure it has surface access to allow it to breathe atmospheric air w/ its accessory breathing organ.rsandelius said:What's better for rainbow wolves... tons of open substrate at the bottom, or having lots of cover (plants, rocks, etc?) Or is it more of matter of personal preference?
Similar except that, unlike bichirs, Erythrinus like to hang out closer to the top of the tank than the bottom. My bichirs like to hide in caves. My Erythrinus likes to sit on top of caves.rsandelius said:Icthy... so it's kind of like a bichir in that aspect, then? I'm guessing that the environment that I have developed for my bichir would probably work just as well for the rainbow...
Mine isn't even afraid of my hand.rsandelius said:Roger that. It sounds like the rainbow is the fish for me. They're not as skiddish as piranhas (red-bellies), are they?
