How many species of fish do you keep?

None at the moment :(
Someday I'd like to get up to 2 tanks with anywhere from 3 to 9 species. An 8' uaru tank (either just the uaru or adding in a tetra species, cory species, and possibly 1-2 plecos) and an 8'+ black ray system with a centerpiece fish, either a dat or asian aro if they ever get legalized

1.Polypterus-Senegalus, Endlicheri, Delhezi, Lapradei
2.Datnoid-Wide Bar
3.Cichlidae-Apistogramma, Electric Blue Acara, African Peacock, Kribensis
4.Characin-Browntail Pencilfish, Spotted Silver Dollar
5.Catfish-Emerald Corydora, Albino Bristlenose, Stripped Raphael, Spotted Raphael, Banjo Catfish
6.Loach-Clown Loach
7.Cyprinid-Rosy Red Minnow

When I lived in the U.S. and had 20 tanks and a couple ponds, there were probably at least 25 separate species at any one time.
Because I was anal about keeping fish from one continent separate from another, new world North American, and South American cichlids, old world African or Mideastern cichlids, Madagascan, and Indian cichlids .
Now in Panama, with only 1 tank (so far), I'm even more anal about keeping only Panamanian species together, so my tank has only 4 species
Andinoacara coerleopunctatus.

Before I got married and had kids I used to keep close to a hundred species at once. I had multiple types of tetras and barbs, various types of amphilopus, oscars, black nasty, various loaches and cichla, arowana, eels, bichirs, gar, various apistogrammas and african cichlids and south american cichlids, harlequin tusk, lion fish, trigger fish, snowflake eel, porcupine puffer, and tangs. I had a lot, but then I got married and had kids and had to get rid of them :( I still miss my porcupine puffer, I loved that fish so much

I think I have 10 different fish species. I’m not great with african cichlids so it might be less if one or two are in the same species list.

And a couple different snails.
