I have too, as in too many. Somewhere between 25 and 30 running and another 50 tanks outside under a tarp.
It's like owning a fish store, but not making any money. LOL! When I was really into breeding fish, I was changing water (600 - 800 gallons/week) and cleaning filters, 7 days a week. Eventually I got burned out doing that . It was no longer any fun.I wonder who's got the most tanks. What does maintenance look like on almost 10,000 gallons of water?
Joe, do you think it would be more fun if the system was automated? What about if the tanks were also larger, so that you could've done it all one day versus having to do it over a full week? I was never into breeding really, doubt I would ever get into it. But if you made the maintenance a bit easier, do you think it would be fun/enjoyable?It's like owning a fish store, but not making any money. LOL!
