Judging by the OP location, I'ld assume the tank is in Vegas. You really don't need a heater there most the time.

Just winter really, I usually unplug my heaters in the summer because the water will stay around 85F

Figured as much, even here in the north end of the state, my heaters will get turn off in a couple weeks and won't see use again till late October.

Hmm. No heater, tape on the tank, one HOB filter (Tetra or whisper?!?!) for several oscars, stand I wouldn't put a 55 on, no bottom trim, blue gravel, a smill child that isn't in a cage (thats a joke, chill out), and it looks like the weight of the tank is placed only on the bottom pane of glass, not the non-existant trim like it should be, and it's sketchy that its not full.

Anything else?
