at least twice a day, morning with pellets and evening with bloodworm. when i was growing out it was 3 times a day.
my uaru graze all day though on plants so i guess they get fed all day.

all of mine are sub 4" inches, they get fed 2-3 times a day primarly sinking bio gold (small kind) and krill (which only the larger ones can really eat). Is that an adequate diet, I'd be happy to add something else

i fed my cichlids 3-5 times a day with very littlefood each serving. I mix their diets with some vegetable matter like lettuce and some vegetable pellets...i get baby pellets and some vegetable together and crush them together and then put it in the freezer with water for a day and feed them frozen vegetables with their cichlid pellets and bloodworms sometimes when i mix them

Mon.- Thurs. 2-3 times a day. Fri,Sat,Sun 1 time a day. Fri,Sat,Sun I work 12's so I'm not around and it's good for them.:D I usually feed them Pellets, frozen bloodworms, and earthworms. Next week I'm picking up 1lb. of red worms from a local worm farm. Maybe start rasin my own. Free food

i feed my africans once twice a day, once pellets or a little bit of shrimp and once marine algae spirulina wafers or blanched squash, and my americans, 3-4 times a day with pellets, krill, worms and raw shrimp

i dont feed any one on mondays

Babies twice a day, everyday. Big guys, once at night before bed 6 times a week. I make their day off random just to keep it exciting. :D Pellets with each feeding, and "the good stuff" (beefheart, shrimp, silversides, clams, squid...so on...lots of variety) every other day.
