how many times do you feed your cichild?

if there fish im growing out usually 2-3 times a day. adults once every other day. i switch between pellets and frozen krill. thats pretty much there main diet.
 
Two feeds, once when the light goes on in the morning, another before light goes off.

Mixture of juvi's and adults in my tank.
 
Juvie cichlids, dithers and targets...twice day.

Adult cichlids, Bichirs and Datnoids....once a day.

My Tigrinus....once every 3 days.
 
3x daily. morning - grand sumo red pellets, afternoon - earthworms stuffed with 3mm NLS ther-A pellets, night - grand sumo with hikari bio-gold medium pellets.
 
I have mostly juvies in my CA tank and power feed them right now. I feed a crushed up handful of premium flakes in the morning when I wake up, around 10am and 3pm I'll feed some sinking pellets and as I'm going to bed I'll crush up an algae wafer in to small pieces sop the night time crowd can get their fill.

This tank currently has 4 1" escondido, 4 1" Meeki, L255, L066, L030, unknown L-clown pleco, 8 2.5" botia striata, and 9 danios.

My mbuna tank which is overstocked with about 30 msobo and hybrid afra, 4 syno multis and 1 syno petricola get fed once to twice daily, about 8 times a week. I don't feed any tanks on eitehr Saturday or Sunday to give them a chance to clean the systems out then I'll feed bloodworms first thing the next day they get fed then back in to the routine.
 
little guys 2-3 meals a day, with the 3rd meal alternating between meaty food and veg based stick. big guys 1 morning meal and every 2nd day a meal at night too.
 
juvi's 2-4x daily 2x pellets 2x supurulina/shrimp flake mix
teens 2x massivore morning/ supurulina/shrimp pellets evening
Adults massivore in the morning every couple days switch up to supurulina/shrimp pellets
 
twice a day, about 5-6 pellets each feeding
