every Sunday 40% on all 11 of my tanks....more if i feel the tanks need it..so 4-5 xs a month.

Always 4, sometimes 6.

weekly 10% change with 1-2 25% changes per month.... so 5-6 per tank each month total I suppose.

I feel like the 25% changes stress my fish out a little bit, but I can do the 10% changes without really bothering them.
