HOW MANY WATER CHANGES SHOULD I DO IN A 180 GAL

Thanks bro. I had this up stock For a couple months now never had troubles yet.

But before every tree hugger trips out on a boss set up like this, let it be known that this isn't going to last more then a couple weeks. For those that visit the cichla forum often know what my step up tank is.

God I love noobs in the cichla forum.

Really depends on size of fish, how often you feed, what you feed,..... (this determines bio-load), & type/amount of filtration you have. As a general rule, 1x wc/week at 50-60% to 2x wc/week at 50%-60%. Answer these questions & we can give you a better answer. Also, is your tank cycled? Did you just add any of these fish?

Bro, I was just giving you an honest opinion. Yet now I am a noob? If you read my post I said in the medium/long run with your current stock & filtration. Then you say this set-up will not last longer than a couple of weeks. Aren't we saying the same thing with different words?

Wasn't calling you a noob. Post before yours when they mentioned "I'm way overstocked". I was just thanking you for your complement on the tank.

But, yes. I had this tank up for awhile now. The stock been in there for a month, maybe a month and a half now.

The 350 is there step up tank. ;) bio is always my main goal and turn over rate to. Just have to wait for the pumps and ceramic rings to come in .

I dont really think there is such thing as too much water change if you do it seperately... As long as you dont do over 70% a day..

Guess its a good thing u upgrading to a 350 :) but how dare u keep them in that 180 for a month. So selfish.
