i kept a succesful planted tank a 46 gal bowfront at 36 in long with two 96 watt cf lighting total of 192 watts and it grew plant really well there are many online vendors for such a light

2 x 96w = about 4 WPG in my 47 gallon
It just seems stupid to me that the tanks come with subpar hoods. Planted tanks are so popular now.
But I will have to ship it overseas and plug it into a converter. Bummer.
