From 1972 till 1997 I Bought a new setup 2 months ago and am now wondering why I ever gave away my old tanks?

yep, it sure did have a a slate bottom. you know what i'm talking about(smile).

I do....those tanks are really hard to find. I just want one for general propose.

I had a slate bottom hex with metal bracing on every corner.I got it from my Grandma.I believe 2 of the sections were mirrored.I set it up when I was probably 12 or 13.The tank had to have been from the 60's.I don't know what happened to it,but I wish I still had it.
