How many peacock can you fit in a tank about 100- 125 gallon tank. How many can live comfortably in this tank for life. :mwave:

Yeah I've seen them in my lake out back well over a foot long. The biggest I've ever seen had to have been about 2 feet.

You'll need a way bigger tank dude.

24'' is the smallest, so imma say.....300 for 2 intrem.

yup...you need big tanks for these peacock basses...don't go with Temensis...they get too big for the usual size tanks...like me i need to go big with my 5 Cichla Orinos...im going with 540 gallons...so plan on getting some if you can give them a bigger home in a year or so...go with 300 gallons and up preferably

My want.. Is 36-40 inches wide and 10-15 feet long..

But I would say you have around 2 years in a 125. But ideally a 36 inch width front to back should last quite some time.. at very least 5-7 years. I would think...

yea 100G is a no no imagine this if someone took you and stuffed you into your bathroom for life. thats why you buy a 200G+ tank i go by this guideline i dont know where i picked it up but it sure has helped.

Any fish must have 5in of extra space from head to fin. so you have a peacock bass thats 24in buy him a tank with a 30in width (29 if you do the math) and so on.
