I guess it would also depend on the Fish. I have seen sum not get that big, but yet others get HUGE 
well iff i get 3 red belley's is that ok ?? or shall i get 4 ??

i wouldnt put the plecos with the p's unless you want the plecos to dissapear. more than likely some of the p's you purchase will ge killed so i would buy xtra.
My three Ps owned my pleco, it was fine until i didnt feed them one day and they ate it.....I miss the poor fella! My Ps are small too and they still ate it, you might be ok if u get a decent size pleco and keep the Ps feed. Its a risk.....
don't add anything after the P's have established the tank as "their's" otherwise, 90-95% of anything that gets put in that tank becomes chum. Try to put everything in at once. and leave it at that. I have my 9 RBP's and a pleco in the same tank, they don't bother him at all. But anything else that goes in, is food.
